Below are the qualifications, prerequisites, responsibilities, and an online application for small group leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Obvious commitment of your life to the Lord Jesus Christ.
2. Agreement and support of the teachings, leadership, vision, mission, and statement of faith of Christ Church
3. Servant's attitude with your time and talent.
PREREQUISITES:
1. Complete a small group leader application (the signed portion can be downloaded at the end of the online application).
2. Attend the appropriate leader orientation.
3. Meet requirements of leader qualifications.
4. Agree to a background check.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruit people to your group.
2. Conduct group meetings according to the guidelines established for small groups.
3. Submit a simple online report via Christ Church's website after each group meeting.
